Running

Too many things happening this week. I am in sensory overload.
So many thoughts wandering my in head and my anxiety is a triple threat. ((Grabs brown paper bag and starts breathing))
Love my no make-up, bed head look? The face says it all.

    I hope you are able to calm your thoughts and get some rest. And if thats your bed-head I'm jealous! Did you ever get my email about me being in Tampa soon?

    It can be so overwhelming when out minds are on overload. You look adorable even without make-up and bed head! :)

    Oh sweet girl...this road is hard isn't it. Know that I'm sending you a huge hug, as I have been dealt that same feeling this week and am doing my best to shake it. Hang in there.

    If I had a magic wand I'd wish it all away for you. Read my post on chaos...you are not alone, we all get overwhelmed at some point. Place your trust in the things that you know are true - even if it is just one piece at a time.
